Photopost 7.1

I recently moved from photopost 5.3 to 7.1. I can't get the Display Options to work. None of the options work.

what do you mean they do not work?

If I go to your site and say select to sort by posted date order descending and 24 per page and hit SORT NOW button the thumbnails in the category view to do change to the proper order.

Display Options , still doen't work, using my default browser mozilla firefox.
Running firefox, with photopost 5.03, was never a problem.

I'm able to get Display Options to work, to a certain degree, with internet explorer. Thumb nail with tile, 24 per page works fine under int 8, except getting out of photopost & going back in brings it back to gallery view, 12 per page. We definitely want to view thumb nail with tire.

Is there a different between internet explorer & mozilla firefox when it comes to performing display options functions.

I checked your site with the latest Firefox as thats the browser I use most although I have all

Your display options work in all browsers for me.

Maybe try clearing all cookies in your browsers and then viewing your site again.

I and members of our website are complaining about the same thing. It only works for a few hours after I clear my cookies. I can't keep clearing my cookies nor do I want to tell my members to delete their cookies because it will effect any previous ad they may have already clicked through cj and other affiliate companies they clicked should they decide to purchase any of the products offered by our sponsors.

well what is your common denominator as there are most people that have no issues.

Basically if your using the display options your setting a perpage sort etc and in the code we set a new cookie which holds the sort. Your cookie should be updated.
