Give moderators ability to make index thumbs?
 

I know that I can make an index thumb with an image so that it shows as the photo on the front page of my gallery by each category. I assumed everyone could do that, but it appears that it is an admin function. Is there a way to give certain groups permission to do that without giving them full admin permissions or can only admins do this?

In the code this is an administrator only function so you would have to alter your code which is known as code hacking if you want it to perform outside the normal operation.
