Image Upload and Delete Problems

The albums are working well, for the most part. But there are some issues that I don't understand.

1) I can't Delete/Move photos, using Edit/Move. That option on the Option menu is present but has no action. When I click Delete/Move, nothing happens. It's a link but there is no reaction to clicking it.

I have verified that the member (admins actually) have Edit Privileges in the Usergroups and in the Admin panel, I have set Edit and Move to "yes". Still, that option does nothing.

The only way I can delete an image is to go into edit mode and then delete it, but not via the Edit/Move option.

2) The EXIF information isn't working.
a) I have verified EXIF is on the system and working.
b) I have verified the path to jhead is correct
c) I have verified that the "display and extract EXIF" is set to YES in the admin panel
d) Manually, it works fine.
e) I then looked at the uploaded images. The full image, has the EXIF information.
f) The displayed (800 pixel) images have the EXIF stripped upon upload. And the large image still has the EXIF information.
g) Running scan database and selecting "scan for EXIF" doesn't cause it to be displayed.

Why doesn't the EXIF information show? Why is this info being stripped, from the displayed image?

I have also tried the upload, with and without JPEGTRAN with no difference. EXIF isn't being shown, even though jhead is present and working. The path is correct.

What am I missing here?

Well move delete is working. I would suspect you are not looking below the photo description as a while box appears so you can move delete

Exit will work if it is configured. If a photo has exit on upload it will be extracted. Once you resize a photo you destroy the info usually but to see if exit was extracted look under the photo options you will see a show exit option

I assume you mean EXIF.

The EXIF info is definitely there. On the image I upload the EXIF info is definitely there. On the full size image stored, on the server, the EXIF info is definitely there. On the mid-size photo, resized by PhotoPost, the EXIF is lost. But that is done by PhotoPost, not anything on my end. Hence, the point of my question

I see no Photo Options on the display page that say, "show EXIF" option. If you mean under "Show Photo Options" (in the admin panel) I see no such EXIF setting. On the "Upload Photo Optiosn" (in the admin panel) I have set "Display and Extract EXIF" to "Yes". But it still does not show.

There must be some setting that I'm missing. I think everything is correct however. As far as I can tell, the only requirement is

1) That the uploaded photo have EXIF (which it does. verified)
2) That "Extract and Display EXIF" is checked "yes" (which it is)

But no EXIF data is displayed.

I reran scan database and this time ran "rebuild images" and "extract EXIF". I did see the report where it said, "extracting EXIF data" but still nothing shows. And I am 100% sure the data is there on the uploaded image.

The other thing I did, to verify settings was to check an older version of PhotoPost I have on another web site, on the same system. The relevant settings are the same, and EXIF displays properly on that PhotoPost (older version). Just not displaying on this system.

There must be some setting I'm missing.

I have setup an admin account, for you, if you want to check it yourself. If you send me an email, I can send the details. But I expect that is beyond the support offered. Just a thought.

Should I send it to customer service email or sales email or some other email. I don't want the info posted on the web site.
