Have a spammer that left a bunch of comments...How to delete?

How do you delete all the comments a spammer left? I have photopost 6.23.

Well the only way to delete all content by user in photopost is the delete all link in a users photopost profile. Have you looked there?

The last spammer didn't get very far, but this time there's 1300 posts over two days...Are you saying I have to manually delete each post by this user? There must be an easier way, right? I'm not seeing it though.

I take that back....I found the way to delete comments in the statistics part of the photopost profile and when I check the box to delete all comments it doesn't actually seem to do it.

The action in the profile should delete any photos. Comments is an extra thing that you can check.

I just tried it and it works for me on my test site and production site. You can send me info if you want me to look.
