Question Usergroups settings

I am running on my site PhotoPost (7.03) and SMF2 (as my forum), with registration handled by SMF.
I set all the paid and free accounts I need in SMF, and than through Admin panel refreshed the usergroups in PhotoPost. The accounts showed up as expected. Then I set the permissions (disk space & maximum file size) for each account and gave it a try. Regardless of what account (usergroup) my members signed up for, in PhotoPost under "Upload Photos" screen it always says "Disk space allowed on your account: Unlimited" and "No file size limit".
How can this be?

Remember if a user belongs to multiple usergroups the best scenerio is used so if one of there groups are unlimited then they are indeed unlimited. Diskspace and filesize are most definately defined when assigning permissions.

My users are registered into a free account (by default) upon registration, and for that account (usergroup) I have set all the limits in Admin panel (in PhotoPost). I also checked the database and I found the problem - I don't know how to address it though. In pp_usergroups table the id of the free account is "6", but when I checked the pp_users table all my users belong to a group with id=0! In my pp_usergroups table I don't even have a group with id=0. How are my members assigned to a nonexistent member group?

We do not use pp_users table for a usergroup when your integrated with smf. We get the group from your forum.

That table is only used to store like last photo uploaded all relevant user profile stuff etc.

well look in your forum user administration and see what groups the user belongs to. As I stated I would suspect you have whatever problem users set to multiple usergroups and one of those groups is unlimited..
