How do I upload an image from a URL

When uploading an image to a gallery, there is only an option to "Select files for Upload" which opens a windows explorer type window to select files off your computer to upload.

This makes it appear that you can only upload images from your computer. I fugured out that you can paste a URL in for the file name and it works....but this is not intuitive and the members will never be able to figure this out.

Is there a way to have an option to select a file from your computer OR a URL?

If uploading from a url try turning off the flash uploader. You may then see an option to upload via a url

Not sure what you mean by cool button but yes not all options are really compatible with flash upload which is why certain things do not display.

With the Flash Uploader option on, there is a button "Select files for Upload"....and with the Flash Uploader option off, there is a place to enter the file location with a browse button to the right and a description to the right stating: "Select the photos you wish to upload from your computer:".

And with the Flash Uploader option off, there is now a place to enter the URL like I needed....so thanks again.
