Recent Photos Search

We've been using vbulletin and photopost for years and in the last several weeks paid for an upgrade and installation to the latest software. Everything is working great and now we're trying to customize it to work like our last installation.

One thing that we've noticed is that when you click on the Recent Photos search (7 day, 14 day, all days), we're seeing the photos displayed from oldest to newest (ascending). We'd like to show them going from the newest to the oldest (descending)...

I've peeked in the code and see that search.php does the mysql search in descending order. Hmm... Then I checked database table where the searches are stored and can see the field that stores the 20 photos and they are photo ids going from the highest number to the lowest number so that's right too.

Can you help me figure out why they are being displayed differently than the order of the actual search??

Your really talking about a code mod and not really a support question here. There is no option to sort search results they are always oldest to newest. If you want to alter the sort maybe add an ORDER BY date DESC to the $getsearch querys on lines 145 and 149. Now since this is a mod question I have nothing more I can add to this discussion.
