HOw DO I add a BAnner to the top of my pages?

HI chuck, i was wondering how can i add a banner to my other pages on the gallery I want my banner to be on the top like this page, I dont have the programmer so please tell me Thanks so much in advance

Have you created a header and footer html file and loaded the paths to such files in admin global options? after that you can edit your header and footer in admin and place whatever html you wish to add and whatever banner code you have to add.

Not like I can really tell you what to add.
