Memcache and Photopost?

My web host has suggested that we enable memcache for vBulletin. Because Photopost is integrated into vBulletin are there any known issues that we should be aware of? Should memcache not be used in conjunction w/ Photopost?

Honestly I can not say I do not use Memcache. We do not feature that we work with that so you would need test and see if there is any affect. I would suspect there might be issues since vbulletin has been written to allow this feature we have not.
