what is "Hold Category" ?

I just noticed a hold category in the category pull down menu. I don't remember seeing that when we ran PP with vB3.8x
I searched the PP site but nothing related to it came up

I'll upload a screen shot, will be easier to explain.
I see it when I use the pull down menu for categories under edit photo or move photo

LOL, found out what it was. Steve just told me he created the hold category the other day to move out some image from the previous ownership so he could close down the unwanted category but didn't want to delete the image until I saw it

thanks.
another thing related to categories. We have categories for every week since May 2003. I've set all those past categories as:
Uploads no
views yes
post comments yes
I used to have only the admin to be able to upload just in case.
Well yesterday I set even admins can't upload to any category for past contests 2010 back to 2003. I did this expecting when come time for me to upload, I would not see the long list to upload, or in the batch move one a time via admin area, but still I can see every single one of them that makes it hard to scroll through with going on 8 x 52 categories 416 total plus other non contest related categories.
Is there a way for us as admin not to see those on the front end?

well admins see everything so you really cant restrict admin. We have a global admin group no subgroup or individual permissions so really anyone who has admin permissions in our app will see anything. Regardless of whether something is locked down or set to no. If you login with a regular account you see things are different.
