problems after upgrading to 7.03

We upgraded from 7.02 to 7.03...

what is occurring is that when someone uploads a photo/layout - it overwrites the one that was there before it - therefore one layout always being posted and the one before it being removed...

why would this be occurring? how do i fix it.

nvm got it.... it was set from 0 - 1 in the main gallery for layout to delete option.
