Upload photo error code

One of our users got this error message when he was trying to upload a photo. The error code sometimes is 11. I tried to upload this myself with admin account and got the same error message.

--------
Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 6

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x150 -quality 90 -geometry 100x150 -unsharp 10 '/home/photozo/public_html/album/data/500/thumbs/keith_hafley.jpg'

----------

So far, I only got this one member reporting it. Other members were able to upload photos with no problem.

Main Index - Members Gallery

Test account:
username: test
password: photozo

Please advise.

Thank you so much!

Sean

I have never heard of an error code 6 or 11.

Can you post the photo or send it to us to try if its only this one photo.

Okay you can use sales at photopost dot com

I would suggest clearing his entire uploads folder via ftp and then try again.

Just sent the email.

It is not only his upload folder. When I tried his photo to upload in my account, same error message.

well than more than likely if it is just his images there is something about them the image processor does not like. Like I said I have never seen an error code 6. If you set your image processor to GD2 what happens when uploading that image.

His images are most likely encoded wrong.
