PhotoPost 5 with phpBB to PhotoPost 7 with vBulletin?

I have another migration question. The forum was running phpBB forum software with PhotoPost 5.14. The forum was migrated over to vBulletin and runs fine.

I still have the old site backup... can I just move the PhotoPost tables into my vBulletin forum database, and then run the upgrade script on PhotoPost? And will it work still?
