Watermark disappears in lightbox

I run PhotoPost 7.01 (which I recently upgraded to 7.03) on my site and I can't get the lightbox to work properly. If I limit the size of the upload images to something reasonable in order to fit the screen and do the right settings the lightbox works (but then I force the users to upload images with a certain size restriction which is smaller than what i would like to have). Is there any way around it (e.g. upload an image of lets say 5000X5000 and still be able able to have a lightbox of 1200x1200 and also a big pop-up window)?
Also I am loosing the watermark when the images are displayed in the lightbox. Is there any code change/setting which I need to do in order for the watermark to be preserved in the lightbox?

Artshock for a user to see a watermarked image in lightbox your images would need to be watermarked.

I would assume here your images are not watermarked instead your using the script to overlay a watermark. Therefore since your not really using a watermark on the true image any feature like ligthbox which loads the true image would not be watermarked.

You will see either a lightbox or popup window depending on your image settings for the lightbox thresholds. If you set your lightbox thresholds to 1200 where asked in your options then if a user views a photo that has a main image thats under those thresholds lightbox will be used. if the image is over those thresholds the popup window will be used.

Yes if you want to use permanent watermarking you need to turn off the on the fly watermarking and use the normal watermark options under watermark options in admin and watermark permissions under edit category permissions.

Wish someone would come out with a watermark on the fly lightbox.

You would have to ask lightbox about that one since it is there code. Lightbox simply loads a real direct image link.
