Change contest votes

Hello,

I am looking to change the votes for a contest we are running. Many of our voters email in their votes so we need to add to a contestant's votes. I did this in the table but as soon as another vote was submitted the vote I added was ignored.

I don't want to have to create a new account for each emailed member or we would have to manually create hundreds.

If anyone knows how to do this it would be very helpful. Thank you for your time.

Really in a nut shell you can not. To vote in a contest the user needs to be registered and registered users submit votes through the script's voting feature. There is no handy trick you can do via database.
