Styling Problem - Cell Padding and Alignment Issue?

Check out the graphic attached.

Other than colour changes I haven't altered the styling of my vB4 install in any way, however some of my header in Photopost Gallery Pro appear to have a few issues?

Is this a probem I can resolve in the Photopost templates?

I will look at some sites and see if I can see any issues and a resolution it looks to me like your talking one template
