| how do I remove this error?
I think this is the wrong place to post this, but couldn't decide or find a more appropriate category...
I have uploaded photos using FTP - i go to PP and process my images. - After filling out which category to put the images in and filling in the title and description fields etc i press "process" - i get the error below, however its only for a short while - the page refreshes and all photos have been uploaded successfuly...
Any ideas please |

Are you trying to use jpegtran?
Try removing that path in global options and you should be okay. Your host has disabled exec.

Hey Chuck, thanks for your reply, I checked the Global Options and I am not using jpegtran (the fields for that and jhead are blank) - is there anything else that could be causing it? I know this point is probably obvious but the error repeats for every image that is uploaded; so if i upload 1 image I only get the error once etc.

exec is only going to be called when you used Imagemagick jpegtran or jhead. Your host has disabled exec so you can not use them
Which one are you still using?
You must select in global options gd2 as your processor and the jpegtran and jhead lines must be blank.

in upload options do you have the option to extract exif set to yes it should be no.
Like I said exec is only going to be called if we use a command line utility like those three things.
