Remove HTML Code box?

Under each image there is a field for the user to cut/copy the code for:
Linked Thumbnail
Linked Image
HTML Code

I want to remove the last field "HTML Code". I have html disabled in my forum so using the code from this field doesn't work and I want to remove it so that users use the correct fields and aren't confused.

Can you point me in the right direction?

Under Admin -> Show Photo options turn off the show html code option.
