Error 127?

Chuck, we're getting the below error message when trying to upload pictures. FYI, nobody has gone in and done a thing since you fixed me up so beautifully!!

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command:

"/usr/local/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x83 -quality 80 -geometry 100x83 -unsharp 10 '/home/couttsc/public_html/gallery/data/553/thumbs/Picnic_Pumpkins_Card.jpg'

The above is a card that I tried to upload after I had a member let me know that she couldn't upload a card.

Thanks!

PS: Natalie got 2 different error codes per her email, but she didn't let me know what they were. When I tried to upload, I got the above. I've asked her to let me know the error codes if she remembers them and I'll let you know.

FYI: I just changed servers last night and everything was moved due to last week's fiasco with my other host. I switched to URLJet.com that specifically caters to VB clients with PP integrated.

Update from URLJet: That error shows that Photopost Pro is set to use ImageMagick for image resizing. You need to change this in the Admin area to GD2+ and that error will be gone.

Chuck, didn't we run into this problem last week when IM wasn't there? I will not proceed further until I hear from you, but will let the host know that we ran into this hell last week.

You would have had to set your image processor to Imagemagick in admin global options

Like urljet says you must use GD2

Isn't that what caused the problems last week or was it being set to IM and IM not installed? I'll change it and see what happens and I pray to God that it's nothing like last week.

Okay and changed. All looks well. Thank you! Why did we have to change image processors?

well the simple truth is maybe you had one too many people in the admin panel. It was set to GD2 I know that because I rebuilt all your thumbnails. So between the day I set your site up for you based on how I think you should have things set someone with admin access changed the processors.

The new host had admin to move the stuff but I don't know why they'd change PP at all. Once IM was reinstalled last week, I thought we had put it back to IM rather than GD2 because I remember you saying you couldn't change it. I didn't know you had it at GD2 to pretty it up. Shows you how much I know. The problem is fixed, it all looks beautifully like you arranged it, and that's all that matters. Thanks again!
