DUPLICATING Parents and Children

Is there a way to easily copy entire PARENTS and their children (gotta love the term photopost decided to use lol )?

For example:

I created a directory consisting of the following.

[Schematics & Diagrams]

Exterior Body Parts
1st Generation (1967 - 1969)
1967
1968
1969
2nd Generation (1970 - 1981)
1970
1971
1972
1973
1974
1975
1976
1977
1978
1979
1980
1981
3rd Generation (1982 - 1992)
1982
1983
1984
1985
1986
1987
1988
1989
1990
1991
1992
...

You get the idea...

Basically I want to copy the entire "Exterior Body Parts" to another name while having the same exact Children under it as well..

Is there a way to easily do this without having to add all the children all MANUALLY 1 by 1???

No sorry there is no mass category production feature. The creation of categories works basically the same as most products one at a time.
