Have you uploaded all the new templates and files?

flash uploader on or off in upload options in admin?

I can not comment on file hacks so not sure why your doing diff compares instead of uploading our actual files to your server.

You need to download Photopost and upload all the clean files except the config files and install file. You then run your upgrades you need to do. Thats how you do an upgrade.

If your properly upgraded you should see an option in upload options in admin to enable the flash uploader.

The upgrade process was done as per photopost instructions!!

There are no file hacks at all, i did upload all photopost files when i upgraded from 6.01.

The diff was to ensure that no files had been corrupted on upload and that there was no orphan files from 6.01.

There is no flash uploader option in 'edit settings > Upload Photo Options' or 'admin settings > Admin Options' groups settings allow uploads for users.

I can't see this as admin either, only upload from dir.

If there is no flash uploader option in your upload options in PhotoPost admin then all your required upgrades have not been ran as noted above in my reply to you.

Run upgrade.php and run the upgrades from 6.1 forward.

No there is the normal uploader or flash uploader.

As noted several times in this thread you need to run all applicable upgrades so your issue will be resolved.

If you do not have an option under adnmin upload options I do not see how you ran the 6.1 to 6.2 upgrade as that is where the flash option was added.
