Consolidated Profile page

Hi,

I have 4 applications integrated on my site - PhotoPost, Reviews, Classifieds and SMF2.0 RC3, and I am running into a serious issue with the Profile page(s). Basically each application requires the user to create a local profile, and there is no connection between them aside the avatar. Is there any way to consolidate them all on the same page? It is quite annoying for the users to need to create their profiles 4 times and then check every single one of them by navigating from application to application. At the very list I would like to have the profiles from PhotoPost, Reviews and Classifieds consolidated into a single page. How can this be achieved?

There is no way to consolidate them unless you make some type of code modification etc.
