Subcategory's by Registered Users?

I just installed Photopost to my forum and i cant figure something out.

Is it possible for registered users to create a subcategory, in his member gallery or in any other category?

You can allow users to create personal albums under your admin and usergroup options in the photopost admin sure.

Is this possible for main categories too?

No users can not create main categories only personal albums.
