Change the board table style

The table on the main photopost index page which lists the different photo boards...
"Category - Photos - Comments -Last Photo Upload"
These headings are predefined with the style "menubar class="small"
I would like to use the "menubar class="medium" stlye
- which .php file do i need to edit to change the style? - I have looked through index.php among others and cannot seem to find the required code

That is the categories template in admin edit templates. You can edit your template accordingly. You will see the html in there.
