Not able to upload....

Why and I getting this message when I go to upload an image:

Unable to read the format of file: /home/pro4umc/public_html/photopost/data/1/medium/Fitzgerald-172p.jpg

I tried navigating to the image...and I can see it on the web....example...here (http://www.pro4um.com/photopost/uplo...ald-172p.jpg):

Content visible to verified customers only.

But when I go to upload that image....I get the above message...also...on the bulk loader....the THUMBNAILS are red x's....

HELP???

Have you set your data directory and all its subcategories to 777 permissions at every level per the installation instructions.

Your error would indicate permissions are incorrect.

NO...I had not done that...I had someone else install PhotoPost for me as part of a Server Migration and I guess they did not do that step....I've done it...and it works great!! THANKS...

ANOTHER ISSUE NOW is that I notice a bunch of missing links....for example....PhotoPost is looking for an image named: printer.png and note_add.png and pictures.png just to mention a few.....it's looking for them in a following area: /stylesheets/blacktar-borders/

How can I fix this???
