Lightbulb Moderating Photo Comments

Is there a way for me to set a particular category of photos as Moderated?
We want to allow members to make comments within a specific gallery and have it only seen by the admin.

We are thinking ahead for our Photo of the Year contest where members vote on the then 21 photo finalists in a poll via the vBulletin forums, then we give them a link to the gallery of photos where they can give a comment on each photo they voted on for each of the 6 categories and give a reason why they voted for it. Once the winners are revealed a few weeks later, we then make the comments visible to all.

This is an idea given to us by the 1st set of POTQ winners.
The other question is, can we as admins change the user name of comments on photos to an anonymous name?

Moderation or approval is a global option it is all or nothing. You can not set it per category

oh darn
Thought I had a way to hide comments directly on the photos.

I know I can moderate forum posts in vBulletin by not allowing certain groups to post without me approving it.
Guess I'll have to post each picture in a forum post and have members leave their moderated comments there.
