Edit Header
 

I am trying to edit the header but always come up with this

"Unable to create or fix permissions for the file: http://www.disneyscrapbookgallery.co.uk/photopost/header.htm"

Correct the permissions or set the file path in the Admin Global Options.

This is the correct path and if I put it in my address bar it shows a header what am I doing wrong?

You must have the proper server path to a header file in the global options in admin and the actual file on the server set to 666 permissions and you will be able to edit whatever header file you are loading.

You cant edit a header now because you dont have one.
