Can not access Members area

When I login to the Members area I see my licenses for Classifieds and I can download the software but I can not see my PhotoPost license nor can I download the software

Each license is separate from the other. You would need to login with your photopost pro license details to see your pro license. Logging in with a classifieds license detail is going to show you the classifieds license. You can link all your licenses to one login using the link aspect in the members area.

They were all linked. I am using the login info from the PP email.

well if they are all linked then you should see the photopost pro license when your in your members area right?

I see you have two classifieds and one photopost license.

Yes that is correct.

The 2 licenses I have are: 26438 & 30040 and I can see both when I login to the members area meaning they are properly linked.

But when I login I only see the Classifieds software.

You forgot license 26037 which is Photopost Pro

If you do not see all 3 licenses under one main login then you do not have every license linked.

I checked and fixed yours you had not linked the Pro license with your login from 30040
