Building a members gallery from existing web pages

We have a lot of static pages where we have created a page for all of our members cars in the past. We want to have users add their own pictures now so the admins do not have to do it manually now, but we would like to be able to import the old pictures somehow, and keep the members names with them if possible... Any suggestions?

well there is no way to import information from a static html page.

There is a way to strip images from an html page but thats going to grab all images and is not going to get usernames and photo info.
