Magnify border images Hi. My border images on my magnifier don't seem to be appearing. My question is what are the file names for those images, and where are they located. Wondering if the files were not uploaded correctly, or I have something else wrong. Thanks |
can you post a screen shot |

no sure but I did notice you have a error on the page Webpage error details User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; InfoPath.2) Timestamp: Thu, 3 Jun 2010 21:45:02 UTC Message: Invalid argument. I dont know thats an external java script not part of our code. Maybe move the dropshadow directory from the photopost images directory to the js directory? without knowing where its looking for images from its hard to say |
I deleted that instant.js file, not sure what it was or how it got there. I have not changed anything with my photopost install, other than dropping it all in a directory called "gallery." I looked at the dropshadow directory in the images folder and it looked blank. Please advise. |
I get this same error but I have the border any idea whats causing this error Webpage error details User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; InfoPath.2) Timestamp: Thu, 3 Jun 2010 21:45:02 UTC Message: Invalid argument. The dropshadow directory is not empty in our build This zoom script is not something we write and is supported by the zoom script people as noted in our documentation in the build. If I see anything in my testing I will respond but I do not know much about that scripts code. Hippy you can post an issue with another script in another thread thanks I dont want to mix issues. |
I will look into it a bit more. I have a new install on another one of the domains I manage. Will trying overwriting the directory and see what that does. |
yeah there should be 8 images in that directory |
What's weird is I am looking at my most current download of photopost "702" and the images/dropshadow directory doesn't have anything in there, but on the domain I loaded it on it seems to be showing images. I just checked on the new install (on the server) and dropshadow has nothing in it. |
well try another computer and download from the members area? That will tell you the issue isn't with your computer. I clearly show images in my download. |
Same here Chuck 1 Attachment(s) In my latest download from the members area done have a image in that folder but it shows I am not sure where it's pulling it from.. same wit hthe folder on the server nothing in the folder here is a screen shot of the archive with winrar |
1 Attachment(s) thats just weird this is what I see |
I know you mean this is the folder you zip up and send to the members area .. but for the sake of argument download the one in the members area and check for yourself the folder is empty |
okay already did that once but I will try again |
Just downloaded it again. Nothing in the dropshadow folder! Too weird! |
1 Attachment(s) Yeah I had the same problem... I used a Freeware program called Fiddler2 which analysis calls back and forth from a website. In this case you can easily identify missing (404) errors and other items. I noticed all the images for this javascript plugin was indeed missing all the images. So to fix... I made a directory under /gallery/ called js. I inserted the full package (contained in the zip) Because the js is looking in /gallery/js for the images. You could edit the .js file if you are picky... |
there was a fix posted for that. should of been in this build I think this was it http://www.photopost.com/forum/photo...error-log.html |
Cool.. I will check into this in the evening. Thanks guys. |
