problems with sen email to all

Sorry for my bad english,
if I want to send email to all users, I can write the text and the title, but when I make dispatch the emails they don't depart, and nobody has ever received anybody of it. Why?

what do you mean they dont depart.

If I email all users from admin edit users I get email. Notice this option is only found in a standalone photopost.

Have you verified your server sends PHP mail using the php mail statement?

Do you have under global options in admin a valid admin email set?

If you set in admin options in admin to be notified as admin of new uploads etc do you get email?

I would suspect PHP mail does not work on your server.

I regularly receive the notifications of new uploads.
