Question Photo Post Pro - New user

Greetings
I hope someone can help me with an email problem in Photo Post Pro, I am having.

First off, when I tested the "email to all users" function, I noticed that my copy of the email, the one I sent to myself, shows the Sender as being < >.

How do I change this? My admin email is shown in the admin panel.

The other issue is : regarding that same copy of the test email : a link was added to the original email sent to my users, including myself. The link looks like a link but it is not live, just like the word link is not live. One (me) cannot click on it to travel to the new URL.

Any advice, much appreciated.

Ginny

Ok, here is the error message I got when I attempted this again. It came up last time but was too fleeting to copy.

Warning: mail(): SMTP server response: 554 Sorry, this message appears to be spam (#5.6.0) in H:\hshome\ggflower\shop4prom.com\gallery\adm-users.php on line 528

Here is what the email looks like:

From: "From" <>Add sender to Contacts
To: gracestoneprairie@yahoo.com
Visit us soon at Shop 4 Prom Photo Gallery
The 'link' looks like a link but does not refer back to the url.

Thanks for any direction you can give me to fix this prob!

The email address used to send the email is the email address you put in admin global options for the admin email. I do not see anything wrong with that part.

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

So then, you are saying that there is nothing wrong with the email address in Global options.

Do I need to do something with the code you show in your reply? What do I need to do now to be able to send emails to my users?

Thanks in advance

I know I could make this change if only I knew where to make the change. Could you please tell me zactly where to do this? I am not finding it in admin options in photopost. So will this resolve the problem of my name not showing up on my emails? or will it just delete the From:

Perhaps I should insert my name in place of the word From instead of deleting it.?

That line is in the file on your server in the photopost directory called adm-users.php

Now What?

Well, I did delete the "From" and tried to send another email. Result? Nothing. I did not get an email myself as I am on the mailing list. Don't know what to do now.

Frankly, I am not trained in this code and feel very unsure of myself when I edit in the webshell. I have other issues that I want to resolve and I am worried that I won't be able to fix these things. So I was wondering if there were a users manual that I could access so I can get an idea what I am doing? That would be great. That way I wouldn't have to ask a thousand questions!

Hope to hear from you regarding emailing my member list. Also, is there a way to email myself only for the purpose of testing my changes without sending a non-functioning email to my customers?

Thanks for the help!

I would suggest you check your spam filter

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
