Changing a username

I have photopost integrated with SMF and a member of our forums wanted to change his/her username. SMF has that ability in the administration of the users account. What do I have to do to ensure the pictures uploaded by the user are also kept under that users new username? Is it as simple as changing the owner of the three pictures within photopost to the new username?

Update: I notice the pictures the user has updated are under the new username and it was as simple as clicking edit photo and changing the owners name.

Also FYI if your integrated with a forum and you change the name on the forum side there is in our admin panel under scan database the option to update the username on photos and comments.
