Index Image Not Showing Up

I can't figure out what is going on.

I am trying to load up an image for each category and for some reason its not showing up.

I actually have to click on the category to see it.
Here is what I mean:

Content visible to verified customers only.

Why is this happening and what do you think I can do to fix it?

You can view an image within the category and under photo options make sure you tag it using the MAKE INDEX THUMB link.

how so Chuck , when I am uploading the picture or in the admin edit panel ?

No when you view a photo within the category you can hit the MAKE INDEX THUMB link under the photo.

ok totally tried that and it made sense..thank you !

But is there away to automate this feature.... as my members load up their pictures can their latest uploads in the individual categories automatically load up/be shown in the index ?

Oh I hope this makes sense.

I beleive only if the avatar is empty would it be changed.
