Server Upgrade - Exif problem

My hosting company just upgraded the servers to 64bit linux from 32.

All of a sudden the exif on my site stopped getting extracted ( or at least, no button to view it)

I contacted them to make sure jhead, jpegtran mogrify etc were all reinstalled and they have said yes.
So apparently no changes apart from the 32bit to 64 bit, and of course the server name. but didnt think that cropped up as the path is just /usr/bin/etc

Is there anything that i may have to do make things work again?

Im using 6.22 still on vb 3.8.2.

My suggestion is to have them verify jhead is definately reinstalled and working and next you have the proper server path to it in global options.
