Recent photos search broken

Hi Chuck, my members have gone mad and started to grill me over the recent photos search.
If you choose 1,7,14 or all the member is presented with recent uploads... but not the very latest. Also whatever they see in the upload results never change despite more uploads.
I'll post a link for you at the end of this thread.
We have a dark blue theme and that's causing problems with the gallery so can I ask where the CSS adjustments would be to change the link colours in the gallery please.

I've just discovered that when a recent photo search is executed this error is printed very briefly and appears just before the search results:

You have hard coded some latest uploads link in your navbar which goes to a specific old search you cant do that.

I cant seem to be able to do much on your site because it requires login.

Hi Chuck, I've emailed support your account details. Let me know if ypu need FTP or admin access.

Yes I'm beginning to realise that hard code won't work as it did in 6.23

well hard coding the proper link would

search.php?when=1&whenterm=d&cat=all

Thats last day

search.php?when=2&whenterm=w&cat=all

Thats 2 weeks

Its all about using the proper links

The links that show in our program indeed work as they should so not sure what your trying to report here

Clicking those links on the indexhead certainly return the correct results.

Thanks Chuck, but if you look at the latest pictures say using the gallery link just under search you'll see that the very latest picture isn't included.
I'm just about to upload a picture of a swimmer to the gallery. I'm confident that that wont show up in the latest picture search but will show in the recent picture block in gallery index.
Basically the pictures in the recent upload search results are yesterdays pictures.

Coincidently, the error hasn't show up since (could have been a server spike perhaps)

Oop's sorry should have cleared my cache... Sorry for wasting your time Chuck. I think its about time to stop looking for problems and have a glass of wine! I can't see the woods for the trees.

Hi Chuck a real quickie for you I hope... The search results for this button shows ascending results. Is there a way to so descending instead?

Not without you altering the search script queries and adding an order by statement.
