Question No Pictures in Google

Hello,

I have more then 2.000 pictures in my Photopost gallery, but only one is indexed by Google!

Why? Any ideas?

Regards,
Frank

I can not comment on google images that much. I know it takes time for such data to be indexed. My suggestion is just make sure you continue to run the new SEO urls.

Chuck, it seems that Photoplog is showing pictures (mid size) through JavaScript linking (a href=javascript), see code below. Is there an configuration to switch here to something like pure image links?

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Otherwise I would have to look in the php source. Because there are zero images in the Google index.

your quoting a large image link

The main image url is not hidden at all unless your using the option to do so and I dont think you are. Look at your page source you will see the image is a full normal url so there should be no reason google does not index it. As stated though I dont work for google so I cant tell you the requirements.

This looks like the midsize image. It is a part of the javascript link construction. But I am not a javascript expert.

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

Perhaps you can give me the place where I can configure hidden or not?

That is a regular image link in the program to the medium image yes. I am not really sure what your trying to ask. How I have responded is how the program operates.

What is the difference between Spider friendly and SEO for search engines?

And why do I get a Server error If I run SEO? Do I need to use URL rewrite?

yes you need to have mod rewrite enabled on your server.

SEO is a true SEO url where spider is a trickery thing to try and get spiders to pick up content as spiders do not like scripts. They prefer good old html.
