Got hacked! How to check if all files are secure or not?

Hello

I have just realized that someone get ftp accessto my server and dowload all the files/folders including photopost pro. After that they reupload all the files to my servers for some purposes.

Now I would like to delete all everything and reupload files. However, I dont want t o delete the photos on my server. How can I check if there is some trojans or virus on the photopost files/photos folders?

Thanks

well I can not comment on the image content but as far as the actual photopost files you should simply be able to download clean code from the members area and reupload our files overwriting anything there. Take note to check things like the config files for extra code etc ( you know the files you normally never replace ).
