Custom field

Hi,
I made custom fields, with checkbox option. However when i upload an image and check one of the options it is not checked when i have uploaded and need to edit photo to check it again. Then it stays as Checked. I wonder if it is me that did something wrong or if this is a bug ?

You can sent site info through the contact us link with url admin login

I just tried on my site and it appears to work fine therefore I need to see your site
