order of things in sidebar

I can't really figure this out. I have a custom pal in the sidebar and i want that to be the top item in there. I looked in sidebar_rightopen template but that doesn't help me any further cause i see nothing that gives away the order in there.

The sidebar is leftopen or rightclose to see the sidebar stuff. The order is the order in which the includes are placed in the template.
