pp-inc.php string problem

could some one please tell me what was wrote at line 2377 of pp-inc.php?
Don't know why my PHP editer shows

and gives me string problem when I upload this script

Right now I am using it as

Sherpa as we have written you before simply redownload the code and use a default pp-inc.php file

I guess you know why I need to edit this page. I downloaded twice but got same problem. Maybe something wrong with my php Designer.

Yes your issue is with whatever program your using to try and edit files, make sure to use proper programs like ultraedit or beyond compare like I suggested to you in the email.
