Error while uploading .jpg

I got an error when I tried to upload a .jpg file but don't know why, the image itself is fully functional in all programs Photoshop, Windows Image Viewer etc. and doens't show any errors anywhere, but I noticed that this image was the smallest one with the size of 93,5kB, don't know if it matters but the file name is DSC00970.JPG

I've tried to upload the file couple of times but with no luck, any ideas??

This picture is nothing different than others, taken at the same time and has not been altered in any way, this is the error message I get when I try to upload.

That error tells me that the actual image is corrupt.
