Question PhotoPost 7.01

I had to upgrade to PhotoPost 7.01 since I updated to vbulletin 4.0.2
I still notice the the photo views don't increase when they are visited.
If I visit a image 5 time I would expect it to increase 5x.. It increases the first time and will never increase again .. I try it with a dozen members, It does the same thing for them.
More important
I noticed the Photo Options/ drop down menu/
admin option - move / delete
( javascript:sendInfoReq('photoadmin','1164'); )
don't work.. So I can't move or delete anything, other wise everything else seems ok..

I would of posted this in a different forum but seems I don't have permission.

thanks for any help on these matters

Have you tried turning off the photo cache? if your using the views cache they are not going to change right when you view them.

The move delete box most likely works you might be missing it. It appears below in the actual additional info box like it always did towards bottom of the photo display

thanks for the quick reply ..I was missing the move/delete option..
it was just when I clicked it nothing seemed to change or happen, now I see it thanks..

as far as the views go,
Is this the area you mean ?

"Use photo view caching to reduce view update queries on high load sites?
Set this to YES if you want to enable the view caching code which caches photo view updates"

was set to no , I changed to yes and still don't update..

* just noticed under my user name Verified Customer is gone..
does this have to do with changing my email on the forum..

I changed ISP's so I changed my email here but I am not able to change it in members area

Your email on the forum must match the license email of a valid member access license to be verified.

If you have the view cache off then it should update views when you refresh the page

You must not be following here. Your forum email here must be the same as the email on your license that has current members access.

PhotoPost Community - Announcements in Forum : PhotoPost Announcements

Thats the only way your gonna be able to post in support

I was following just fine..
I contacted your support and they changed my non-working email in my license to my current one.. years ago when I bought my license the email I used was from my old Internet Service Provider.. I have since changed ISP's so that mail was no longer any good thats why I changed it here so I would get email from the board on subscribed threads
If I would of changed it back to the old email here I would of been locked out of the board do to the email verification.

regards
Ron

Okay well doesn't matter which way you want to do it getting customer service to change the license email is fine as well they just need to match to be verified and I see you are now.
