| Couple of gallery questions (ip address & upload restrictions)
We've gone live today, and there are a few things I need help with.
In the gallery the users can see ip addresses under avatars... I have it disabled so they can't see ip address in the forum, but how do I make them not show in the gallery?
Also, I set the restrictions to 10 photos a day and max file 300 kb, but then some people can only upload 5 photos a day. I am setting this under usergroups in the photopost admin. Am I doing something wrong, or is it only 1 or the other for restrictions?

Users do not see IP's ever. Only admin or mod can see IP in the gallery
when dealing with your daily settings realize it is 24 hours from the present time not monday tuesday wednesday etc

Also, a couple members just registered are the ones who could only upload 5 layouts when I had them set to 10. So they didn't upload any layouts before.

Sorry, another question...
Is there a way to scroll through the gallery and leave comments without it going to whomever you left comments first for's gallery.
Like just to look at all recent layouts and click next to look at the next recent layout added to the gallery?

You leave a comment on a specific photo when you view the photo. There is no other way to leave a comment other than that.

The upload limit works as I noted so there is no specific way other than modifying code to make it work some other way.

I know that, but if we leave a comment on a layout or photo in the gallery, and click next, it stays in that user's gallery. We want to be able to hit next and go to the next most recent upload (layout/gallery) to leave a comment. Is that possible?

The next and prev links on a photo will go to the next prev photos in a given run whether its a category or members gallery so the answer there would be negative.

Ok thanks, and another question on leaving comments...
When we leave a comment on a photo/layout, is there any way to have that comment show in all areas that the photo/layout is linked to.
We have different areas, user gallery, challenges, etc and if they link them in different areas, and we leave a comment in the user's gallery, the comment only shows there. We want it to show wherever that layout/photo is at.

A comment only shows under a photo, on the comments pal on index if your showing that and also the link to comments on the comments pal to the comshow script which shows all comments.

Under the index options the only things set to no are:
Show Random images on Index page
Show Most Popular images on Index page
Display number of viewers on categories
Display Moderators as part of the category description
Everything else is yes. Is that what you were talking about?

Your site is unviewable to guests but as noted as seen on my site if you turn on the undercats pal you will see a comments block

look at this site Main Index - ScrapMatters Gallery
They use photopost, and when someone comments on any layout, that comment goes to every layout in all the categories they are linked too.
I don't see the comments block at the bottom of theirs?
