Changing Dates

I filled a gallery with initial photos in the last weeks and now I want to have them all only one date and time (of uploading/creation). What SQL-String do I need for this. Say, the date/time should be 2010-01-01 and 0 am?

Thank you! Is ' 1262325600' equal with 2010-01-01 and 0am? The number with a leading blank?
