how to I set block mature content for all user by default?

Can I set block mature content for all user by default?

for the existing users how do I run a line to set them on by default as well? thanks

There is no functionality to lock it as thats a user selectable option by them

Now as a general rule though users by default have set to block mature content I think until they mark they can view it
