Show Random Medium Image on vbPortal

Hi all,

I'd like to see if I can show a SINGLE random medium-size image on my front page. I use vbPortal and it can support just about any PHP code. I am already showing 5 small thumbnails on the front page using code from omegatron. But, I'd really like to show a SINGLE MEDIUM image.

You guys know any way to get this done?
