Settings to optimize number of mysql connections?

I don't know if there is anything I can do in Photopost Pro to optimize this, but I got about 50 emails at 4am with messages like this:
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Persistent connections are disabled in my vBulletin config.php, and I'm looking into which vBulletin mods may be causing an issue.

I'm on a shared server, and my max simultaneous connections is set at 25, which Hostgator says will generally suffice for a forum with 500 active members, which is more than we have at mu-43.com (depending on what they consider "active".

To get to the point of this thread, I was wondering whether any of my Photopost settings could have an effect on this. For example, does Save and display medium and large images affect this? What about TJP zoom javascript?

Also, would it make a difference if I created a Photopost Datatbase User which was difference from my User Database User in the Photopost configuration settings? I seem to recall that the 25 connections limit was per user, but I don't really know what this means.

Anything else I can do in Photopost to make the most of my cheap hosting plan?

Thanks,
Amin

Photopost doesnt call the vbulletin mysql connection or files in any manner so I doubt your errors your getting emailed about some vbulletin class_core.php file has anything to do with photopost. We have our own mysql functions etc in our global file pp-inc.php

Thanks Chuck. Aside from this particular set of errors, which have nothing to do with Photopost, would it be potentially useful to create a Photopost Datatbase User which was difference from my User Database User in the Photopost configuration settings?
