Watermark scaling problem
 

Hi,

I have run into a rather unusual problem. I have recently moved servers and upgraded from version 5 to version 7

I just noticed that existing medium images show a scaled down watermark whereas new images show a full size watermark.

I really can't work out why this would happen as it is watermarking on-the-fly. If it can do it for the old images, why can't it do it for the new image?

Well that's strange... I have rebuilt the medium images and now the watermarks are all the same.

Before the watermark was scaled down on medium images and full size on large. Now I have rebuilt mediums it is full size on both.

Not necessarily a problem as at least it's consistent now, however is this what is supposed to happen?

I really cant say depends on the watermark. I mean the same function that places the watermark on the image is the same one whether you upload it the first time or rebuild them in admin.
