Exclamation Quick reply box--navigation messed up--not 508 compliant

This has been a problem with every PhotoPost version I have used:

When you type a comment in the Quick Reply box on showphoto and hit Tab in order to highlight the Submit button, the Tab key takes you to the top of the page, not the Submit button. This is not 508 compliant, nor is it in keeping with how vBulletin works.

Furthermore, since this is a vBulletin plugin, the user should be able to hit Alt-S and have the comment saved. But this doesn't work, either.

This product is not a vb plugin nor does it use vb templates just an FYI so functionality in vb would not necessarily exist in our product.

I beleive what your talking about is this

Tabindex: Making Your Pages Accessible; Set Tabindex for Easier Navigation

You could put a numerical tabindex in any input box in your quickreply template to make the tab work like you want.

How and where exactly would I implement this, and what would the code look like? Thanks.
